หญิง 48 ปี มีก้อนที่คอ 3 วัน ไม่ไข้ เวลาไอจามเจ็บเล็กน้อย Ix and Mx ?


Ultrasound เป็น Cystic lesion, Aspirate ได้ fluid ดังภาพ

    single thyroid nodule เป็น hashimoto thyroiditis ป่าวเนี่ย

    ต้อง เจาะ TSH , antithyroglobulin antibody , thyroid sicnthigraphy
    ทำ fine needle aspiration ถ้า สงสัย malignancy

    รักษา ก็ต้องดูlab ก่อนนะ
