ชาย 64 ปี มีผื่นเรื้อรังมาหลายปี คันบางครั้ง คิดถึงอะไร หรือจะตรวจอะไรเพิ่มดีครับ

ส่งตรวจ KOH พบลักษณะ spaghetti and meatballs ซึ่งก็คือ cluster of yeast (spore) + short hyphae ซึงเป็นลักษณะของเชื้อ Malassezia furfur หรือเป็นเกลื้อน
