118. Syphilis management

เจ้าหน้าที่ถูกเข็มตำนิ้วมือ ผลเลือดของผู้ป่วยพบมี VDRL 1:8, TPHA : reactive, ต้องทำอย่างไรกับเจ้าหน้าที่ ต้องทำอย่างไรกับผู้ป่วย [ผู้ป่วยอาการปกติ]



สำหรับเจ้าหนาที่ เลือกยาใดยาหนึ่งดังนี้
Post-exposure prophylaxis (incubation stage)
•Ceftriaxone250 mg IM and
•Doxycycline 100 mg for 14 days
•Azithromycin (Zithromax) 1 gram PO x1 dose
•Benzathine penicillin G 2.4 million unit IM x 1dose
สำหรับผู้ป่วย

ถ้าแพ้ penicillin หรือไม่มี Benzathine Penicillin G มียาอื่นแทนได้ ติดตามเพิ่มใน web ข่างล่างนี้นะครับ

    1. benzathine penicillin 2.4mu M 1 dose
    2. doxycyclin 1x2 14 day is alternative
